About
turning complex challenges into clear solutions
20+ Years of Experience
As an executive in a multinational professional cosmetics company and then CEO of a century-old family business, my professional career has been defined by making sense of disorder.
Today, I use my 20+ years of experience to help clients improve their bottom line by turning innovative ideas into clear, executable projects.
My Approach
The most difficult challenges are often solved through clarity and simplicity. My work focuses on transforming complex business situations into structured, practical solutions that improve how organizations operate.
This approach is guided by a few principles: excellence in execution, absolute confidentiality, simplicity in design, and relationships built on trust and empathy. Innovation and creativity play an essential role in developing solutions that truly move a company forward.
Making sense of chaos
As a child, I loved puzzles. What fascinated me most was turning something scattered into a clear picture where every piece fit perfectly.
That same instinct guides my work today. I take complex business situations and turn them into structured, company-wide processes that bring clarity, improve efficiency, and strengthen what already exists.
Perseverance
From an early age, I learned to pursue my goals with persistence. At thirteen, I organized my first trip to England on my own in order to attend a summer program and study English.
That experience shaped how I approach challenges today. In every project, obstacles arise, and my role is to find the path that leads to the client’s objective while meeting the agreed deadlines.
Always Learning
Learning has been a constant in my professional life. After studying at my chosen university, I later completed the Executive MBA (GMP) program at Harvard Business School in 2016.
My career has since taken me across several industries, including finance, real estate, professional cosmetics, and logistics, and across cities such as Mexico City, Bucharest, Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia, where I continue to apply what I learn and refine it through experience.
