About
my experience at your service20+ Years of Experience
As an executive in a multinational professional cosmetics company and then CEO of a century-old family business, my professional career has been defined by making sense of disorder.
I now put my 20+ years of experience to work in helping my clients improve their bottom line by materializing their innovative ideas into real, actionable projects.
Making sense of chaos
When I was a child, I loved puzzles. What I enjoyed most was not seeing them finished, but the process of turning something chaotic into a clear, coherent picture where every piece fit perfectly.
That is essentially what I do today. I take complex business situations and transform them into structured, company-wide processes that bring clarity, improve efficiency, and strengthen what already exists.
Persevering toward my goals
I first tried when I was six, but I finally succeeded at thirteen. My goal was to go to England — it felt like the farthest place in the world. My father told me that if I wanted to go, I had to figure out how to make it happen myself. So I found a summer program where I could study English and presented it to my parents. “You only need to buy the ticket and pay for the program,” I told them. And that is exactly what they did.
In every project, challenges arise. My role is to find the path that leads to the client’s goal while meeting the agreed deadlines.
Learning without rest
I have always loved learning. After gaining admission to the university I wanted, my next goal was to study at Harvard, where I completed the Executive MBA (GMP) program in November 2016.
That drive to keep learning has shaped my professional path, which has taken me from the financial sector to real estate, as well as professional cosmetics and logistics. I have worked in Mexico City, Bucharest, Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia, applying what I learn in theory and continuing to refine it through real-world experience.
